Since I was first elected, I have made a concerted effort to identify and secure funding at the County, State and Federal level for a variety of projects to bring much needed infrastructure while minimizing the tax burden for our residents.
- $3.5M in Federal Funding for our NE Water Supply Project
- $10M in State Bonding to continue to build out our water supply system
- $1.2M+ State "Border-to-Border" Broadband Grant
- In conjunction with $108,000 from Hennepin County and a multi-million dollar investment from Comcast to bring high-speed internet access throughout Corcoran
- Over $300,000 in Hennepin County Youth Sports Facility and Equipment Grants
- $500,000 in Federal Funding for our City Park Remaster Project
We are incredibly fortunate to have great partners at the State, County and Federal level, including Senator Warren Limmer (pictured with me above), Representative Kristin Robbins, County Commissioner Kevin Anderson and Representative Dean Phillips. All of whom played a critical part in helping Corcoran secure these funds.
