My name is Tom McKee. Born and raised in Minnesota, I’ve lived most of my life within a couple miles of our current home. I am a proud alumnus of both the Wayzata Public Schools and Plymouth’s Providence Academy. I attended college at Wake Forest University and obtained my law degree from the University of Wisconsin, where I received an Advanced Opportunity Fellowship. At UW, I was a member and 1st year representative of the Indigenous Law Student Association (ILSA), editor for On The Rise, a publication for the Legal Education Opportunities Program, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and President of the Federalist Society.
Today, I’m a Project Manager and Director of Safety at Timco Construction, a medical construction firm founded in 1957 and headquartered in Plymouth. My wife Erin, the strongest, kindest and hardest working woman I know, also works for Timco, operates her own small travel agent business and - perhaps most importantly - is an amazing mother to our son, Logan, and to our two pups - Ella (French bulldog) and Rory (Golden Retriever).
I’m a strong advocate of our community and want to share my ability and enthusiasm to preserve and promote Corcoran. It is with deep roots and immense city pride, that I again ask for your vote as Mayor.
Serving our community as Mayor the past 4 years has been the greatest honor of my life, and I'm excited for the opportunity to continue serving Corcoran!
