I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the overwhelming support and for the trust that you have placed in me to continue serving as your mayor for another four years.  

I am incredibly excited for what the future has in store for our wonderful community.  

I would also like to congratulate Councilors Dean Vehrenkamp and Mark Lanterman on their successful re-election campaigns, and welcome Councilor-elect Michelle Friedrich to the City Council.  I am excited to work with you all to help guide Corcoran in the coming years, 

There will undoubtedly be both significant challenges and amazing opportunities that arise as our city continues to grow, and we aim to maintain the rural character that has long defined our community.  I'm as confident as ever that we can meet those challenges, and take advantage of those opportunities to make Corcoran an even better place to live, raise a family, do business and more!

I'm pleased to see how many of our residents made their voices heard and participated in the voting process.  I sincerely hope you stay involved with the city, reach out, come to/watch our meetings, ask questions and more.  As always, please feel free to reach out to me at any time if I can be of service, or answer any questions you may have.  

Finally, to the candidates who fell just short of their goal this election  - congratulations on a hard fought campaign.  It can be incredibly difficult  putting yourself out there for public office and you should all be proud of yourselves for doing so.  Keep your head high, you have plenty to be proud of.
