At the end of the City Council meeting on 9/24, Mayor Thomas stated that he is against residents having a public forum opportunity to speak on the important issues that effect their lives.
As many Corcoran residents know, having your voice heard by the City is far from easy. The idea that Corcoran is currently somehow uniquely accommodating to resident input is simply not true.
We need to improve communication between the city, residents and businesses, not actively fight against it.
