My name is Tom McKee. Born and raised in Minnesota, I’ve lived most of my life within a 5-mile radius of Corcoran. I am a proud alumnus of both the Wayzata Public Schools and Plymouth’s Providence Academy. I attended college at Wake Forest University and obtained my law degree from the University of Wisconsin, where I received an Advanced Opportunity Fellowship. At UW, I was a member and 1st year representative of the Indigenous Law Student Association (ILSA), editor for On The Rise, a publication for the Legal Education Opportunities Program, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and President of the Federalist Society.
Today, I’m a Project Manager and Director of Safety at Timco Construction, a medical construction firm founded in 1957 and headquartered in Plymouth. My wife Erin, the strongest, kindest and hardest working woman I know, helps run her family-owned vacation rental business. Together, we were thrilled to become official Corcoran residents last year and are excited about planning our future in this great community.
I’m a strong advocate of our town and want to share my ability and enthusiasm to preserve and promote Corcoran. It is with deep roots and immense city pride, that I ask for your vote as Mayor. It would be an honor to provide leadership that represents those most invested in our city’s future – the residents of Corcoran.
